The Phoenix LLC offers educational consulting services, including:
District‑level strategy and leadership consulting for schools and educational institutions.
Data‑driven academic improvement plans (e.g. math improvement strategy, literacy acceleration & ELA strategy).
Magnet‑program development and support, instructional coaching, progress monitoring, analytics dashboards, and other school‑improvement tools.
Consultation services for a wide array of clients, including public school districts, charter schools, private / independent schools, educational foundations / non‑profits, and education‑related organizations and vendors.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our services at any time.
3. Account Registration (if applicable)
You may need to register an account or schedule a consultation to access certain features or services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account.
